Hi loves, welcome to this great stretch for during your pregnancy to get ready for birth and fully relax.
A few things I find important to mention before doing this workout while pregnant:
1. Listen to your body! Not feeling great? Do you feel nausea, dizzy, our of breath or in pain? Please stop the workout
2. Food & Hydration. Always eat and drink something before the workout and have water with you to drink during the workout
3. Be gentle and slowly with switching positions

    Been doing this and Shirlyn Kim’s thigh workout for 2 weeks so far and I’ve noticed slight differences I definitely feel less fat in my inner thighs (I also don’t eat a lot + don’t eat alot of junk food during the week while I also do cardio 40 mins straight 3 times a week)

    Trying this workout for 4 weeks! Day one:I had 3-4 rests for like 5 seconds, but it felt like heaven, my legs where literally gone!😵 Day two:same as yesterday, I can’t feel my legs…but that means it’s working!😀😵 Day three:I did it and it was lot easier!
